Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
Hangjegyzet is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone.
Conformance Status
The Hangjegyzet application is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Last Tested: October 30, 2025
Testing Methods
We evaluate accessibility through multiple testing approaches:
- Automated testing with axe DevTools accessibility scanner
- Manual keyboard navigation testing on all interactive elements
- Screen reader testing (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS)
- Color contrast analysis with WebAIM tools to ensure 4.5:1 minimum ratio
- Text resizing verification up to 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions:
- Complex interactions: Some advanced features like drag-and-drop folder management and tree views may require additional keyboard shortcuts. We provide alternative methods where possible, including context menus and button-based alternatives.
- Third-party components: Some embedded content from third-party services (payment processing, analytics) may not be fully accessible. We are working with vendors to improve this and provide accessible alternatives where available.
- Dynamic content updates: Real-time updates (transcription progress, bulk operation status) may not always announce to screen readers immediately. We are improving live region announcements for better screen reader support.
- Audio content: Transcription audio playback is a core feature of our platform. Users who cannot hear audio can still access and edit the text transcripts produced by our service.
